Welcome to Luna Nova!

This show means so much to me! Akko is absolutely a character I painfully see my younger ADHD self in, and I adore how she gets to be angry and kinda dumb and still the hero. Like? Ahhh! She's so wonderful. I am an Akko girlie.

However, as a pagan who can actually read some of the symbols in the show, they do be a lil problematic with some willy nilly Hermeticism. But like I don't think Yoh Yoshinari is up to date on the discourse surronding obscure Jewish mysticism and it's appropriation by European occultists such as the Order of the Golden Dawn. Actually, I doubt *you* are up to date on said discourse. Anyway fragments of Jewish mysticism have inappropiately leaked out of that closed religion and into various open religions. And this domino effect led to tarot cards entering popular use! Fun fact.
